At present I am working as a Construction Project Manager since November,1918 to supervising and managing the High rising Towers ,of Madina Mall and Residency project ,Islamabad./p
As a project manager,I was responsible for the following:
To Collaborate with engineers, architect to determine and define scope of work and deliverables. Obtain necessary permit, approvals and other regulatory prerequisites./p

p· Hire contractors & other staff and Provide direction over contracts & manage relationship./p
p· Predict resources (manpower, equipment , materials) & monitor stocks to handles inadequacies./p
p· Oversee the work of Surveyors, supervisor ,mechanics ,labor and guide them if needed./p

p· Ensure work is executed in accordance with drawings and technical specifications./p

At present working in Salman Enterprises for Management and supervision of Madina Mall and Residency Project High rising Towers,• Managing and implementing the preconstruction, construction, testing , commissioning, project closeout phases with an emphasis on establishing and supporting the project controls, completing projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
