 Implementation of Centralized Procurement system in the organization.
 Review selected offers from suppliers with regard to technical specification, selection of vendor, rate analysis, negotiated cash/credit term, availability and mode of delivery, etc.
 Prepare of Purchase Plan after Identifying the Cash and Credit purchase accordingly.
 Forward Purchase Plan to Procurement Head for his final review.
 Generate and place the Purchase Orders (POs) to approved suppliers as per commitment.
 Manage Contracts and sub-contractors against running projects.
 Generate RFP’s against supplier balances on maturity of credit period.
 Generate RFP’s for cash advance against cash purchases.
 Co-ordination with accounts department with regard to releasing of funds.
 General Briefing & Duty Allocation to Field Officers/Purchasers on:
o Purchase Plan
o Approved Supplier
o Deliveries
o Sampling
o Physical Quotation
 Preparation of Daily Loading (Delivery) Plan.
 Send Daily Loading Plan to Main Store, Main Gate, Purchase Coordinator and Head of User Department.
 Will inspect the goods with Purchase Coordinator and Quality Assurance Representative from concerned department at Store.

 Rewiewing all applications and CV shortlisting.
 Making phone calls to shortlisted applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
 Maintaining candidate database for future open positions.
 Contacting shortlisted candidates providing interview schedule, distributing interview material and maintain interview files.
 Ensure correct entry of newly joined employee’s data in HR & Payroll Management Software (Time & Xcess and Vision Plus).
 Maintaining Employee’s leave , deduction and overtime record & entry in software.
 Resolving employee’s attendance and overtime discrepancies.
 Support in Preparation of Salary in HR & Payroll Management Software (Vision Plus-VB-6).
