Geographically, I belong to Province Balochistan. Currently, I am working as Scholarship Manager, in Pakistan Reading Project (PRP) funded by USAID. Prior to it I had been working as Lecturer, Research Development Coordinator and Program Consultants in BUITEMS for Five Years. I have 10 Years of professional experience both at public and private sector organizations in different functional areas such as HRM, HRD, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development, Institutional Development, Teaching, Research Development, Career Counselling Career Planning and Consultancy. I have MS, MBA, SEMP, and PSDP in my educational achievements. My competencies also include skill like HRM Computing Leadership Management Interpersonal Social Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development, Event Management, Research Development, Entrepreneurship, and Consultancy. Expressing my achievement I had the honour to attain Four promotions in initial Two Years of my development experiences, further, attained award of the best employee of the year Six Time both in social sector educational sector. My career objective is to attain a position in the international projects for career advancement and growth. I can work any where inside or outside Pakistan.
USAID PRP is 160 Million Dollar project for 5 years whereas Being Scholarship Manager I am responsible for leadership, oversight, supervision and managing the scholarship of around 1.7 Million Dollar in Balochistan, my responsibilities include:
• Developing, managing, and maintaining and implementing scholarship policies, procedures, and operation as per the policies of USAID to ensure appropriate disbursement of scholarships and fiscal accountability.
• Coordinating with officials from USAID, apex institutions, national and provincial project offices and other stakeholders for efficient and effective implementation of the scholarship program in the province.
• Promoting the USAID PRP scholarship program in order to create awareness about availability of scholarships for pre- and in-service teachers and increase enrolment in B.Ed.(Hons.) Elementary and ADE programs
• Ensuring distance learning ADE/B.Ed. modules are advertised as part of the campaign to attract enrolment from remote areas.
• Working with PRP’s niche partners and local counterparts to identify and address barriers to female participation in B.Ed.(Hons.)/ADE programs specific to each community
• Developing budgetary projections, allocations and; progressive and comprehensive reports on regular basis.
• Identifying and finalizing new scholarship recipients as per USAID’s policies, and filing of all scholarship documentation to ensure award of scholarship within established guidelines.
• Developing a mentoring mechanism and student retention activities; and training of faculty and peer advisors at the TTI level to address scholarship recipients’ academic and social issues to support them in successful completion of their degrees.
• Development and maintenance of provincial scholarship database
• Organizing provincial Scholarship Award & Graduation Ceremonies and events.
• Developing and sharing of success stories, best practices and case studies among stakeholders.
Working closely with management group of BUITEMS for effective and efficient manner in utilization of educational and professional competences related to management sciences practices: applications and implementation for its stakeholders. Major duties include working on:

• Identification, development and Training Needs Assessment (TNA) profile of staff & community training needs.
• Reporting to Manager/Donors on all training activities and related information
• Assisting in compilation and development of training material in HRD (Curriculum Development)
• Compiling HRD information for database
• Supervise & support training of head office, regional offices & field units’ level.
• Assisting in preparation of regional sectoral plans for HRD
• Studying the implementation of learned skills to practices
• Exploring the key areas of training & development activities of BRSP
• Linkages Development & Coordination with all sorts of stakeholders
• Active involvement in Gender & Development Activities
• Assist in establishment of collaborative linkages between development research institutions/agencies and Head Office.
• Liaise between Head/Regional Office and local training institution on continuous basis.
• Responsible for making Monthly and Quarterly Reports for HRD activities to Manager HRD & SM
• Developing interventions for gender sensitivities and perspective based on guidance from Head Office Gender focal person. Study of Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Compensation System Study and implementing best HR strategies for productivity
• Information Pool of training conducted by other concern departments supporting our mutual goals of BRSP
• Seek guidance from Programme Manager HRD in case of problems in the assigned work
• Performance Appraisals Study
• Proposal Writing, Designing Concept Paper for various Activities
