Responsibilities include cost benefit analysis, planning, execution & documentation of
projects and dealing with contractors..
– Construction and piping of Compressor Room. (In-Progress)
– Installation of IP Camera Surveillance System. (In-progress)
– Planning for the construction of another unit in Faisalabad. (In-progress)
– Installation of MS columns and truss to shift the load of existing steel structure.
 Calculation of Moment of Inertia, Critical Buckling Load and Deformation of
existing and new structure.
 Civil work of foundations.
– Designing and Installation of Pumping System for rainwater drainage.
 Calculation of available flow, storage tanks capacity and pump requirement.
 Civil work and piping.
– Drainage system improvement. Separation of sewerage and rainwater drainage system.
– Installation of fire extinguishers in the factory. Marking (on floor and layout), tagging
and mounting according to the standards of NFPA.
– Usable Volume & Storage Capacity Calculation. Made a calculator on excel to
calculate the stacking capacity of all zones for multiple products (Pallets, Packets &
Reels).
– Designed Inspection table to improve the product inspection process.
– Wall demolition at different locations to increase the stacking capacity.
– Made layouts of other (Gulbai & A-1) warehouses on AutoCAD.
– Asphalt pathways construction inside the warehouse.
Maintenance
– Responsible for the maintenance of all machinery, equipment and facilities.
– Develop and design solutions to difficult problems and be available on call for
emergencies.
– Supervising in-house Mechanical and Electrical maintenance activities.
– Coordinating with Production Planning Department
– Coordinating with vendors for repair and maintenance work.
– Managing the cash float.
– Preventive maintenance planning.

 
·  Observed the maintenance techniques of mechanical equipment.
·  Studied the process flow of refrigerator manufacturing.

 
·  Observed the maintenance of Mirage Aircraft.
·  Visited Pipe Bay, Wing Refurbishment shop, Machine shop, Surface Treatment Facility, Heat Treatment Facility, Welding Facility and Engine Assembly shop to study the processes.

·  Studied the complete processes undergoing in Paint shop, Press shop, Weld shop and Assembly shop.
·  Studied piping and civil layout of Manual Spray Training Facility.
·  Observed piping, insulation and installation of AHU, Heatless dryer, fire-fighting system and conveyor system in paint shop extension.
·  Physically observed the working of machines and systems like pumps, conveyor, compressors, AHU etc.
·  Attended safety petrol.
·  Learned about BOQ, Work Order, Work Permit, etc.
·  Learned dealing and negotiating with contractors.
