To review the customer complaints and its resolution/ action with minimum time lapse, authorized to view and access the previous sales records.
Responsible for sales reporting to sales Managers/Distributor
Insert Consumers data & Accounts based info as per daily routine
Insert customers and accounts data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
To coordinate with the claims department to review claim report of the respective product.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations, and apply data program techniques and procedures.
