• To continuously develop, monitor and ensure that the company’s annual income and expense budget is met.
• To work closely with heads of each business unit to ensure that all product targets are met on time and under budget in a manner to support the sales process.
• To work with technology, social media and marketing team to ensure that product and programmes marketing and related collaterals are delivered on time.
• To work with Chairman to ensure that the overall management of the company and its staff are done in a manner to achieve the company goals.

• To work with the finance manager to ensure the proper cost management of the business
• Develop top-notch programs with solid content and speakers for the company’s range of conference and event products

• Work with marketing staff to develop effective marketing strategies and support sales staff by building networks and relationships with clients, speakers, the media, associates, partners, and potential clients of the company.
• Be the overall project manager for all forum events and to ensure that these are delivered to the highest standard possible; from planning, strategizing and execution of all programmes includes the co-ordination for events such as conferences, seminars, roundtables and training etc.
