Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments

Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research, and other academic tasks
Working with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom
Demonstrating academic best practices for specific subjects and assignments, including research and writing tactics
Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies and approaches to answering questions/ assessment criteria.
Building meaningful connections with students from diverse backgrounds
Offering feedback on progress to students parents and teachers where appropriate
Diagnosing student needs through active listening techniques and questioning strategies

Training new tutors.
Assisting EU/UK-based and global learners with learning, research, and other academic tasks related to Numeracy and TAQA courses.
Reviewing learner portfolios/ assignments, and focusing ILPs.
Planning and preparing teaching materials to supplement each Unit, including study guides, study resources, and work templates/plans.
Tracking learner progress through Bitrix CRM, identifying areas of improvement, and helping set goals for portfolio submission to External Verifier.
Providing students with positive and constructive feedback
Working with learners and enabling them to perform at a higher level academically. Assisting learners to promote a deeper understanding of course materials.
Working with students to help them understand key concepts, providing special assistance to learners with disabilities.
