Estimate of Buildings with required Drawings and cross sections, material statement, calculation of earthwork, estimate of road materials with seeing of detailing. Estimate of sewer line, work record and repair Estimate. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, attending the progress reviewed meetings, working meetings with Contractor and client. Carry out site visits to ensure that all the construction activities are being executed in accordance with the Contractual Agreement, Specifications and Approved Drawings. Satisfactory grip on calculations and conversions on site.
