Design and Manufacturing of Battle capable Tank with controlled fire

Objective was to have a better understanding of Designing and Simulation using Solidworks, Scaling Methodology, Gear Selection and Meshing and Manufacturing techniques and Complexities. Tank Selected was T-90 3 years of struggle , going thru more than 150 research papers technical documents and calculating approx. 500 pages worth of data designing more than 780 parts and manufacturing them, simulating various assemblies and parts for motion study and physical behavior. I successfully developed 1:5 scale model of Al Zarrar Tank of Pakistan Army it weights approx. 100 kg and have a top speed of 11 km/h featuring full tank capabilities powered by 49cc engine and have full metal track, with tracks tension adjustment system, Swing Arm Suspension system on every wheel. the entire tank is self-designed and self-manufactured This Tank is Fully remote controlled it includes forward movement Tank steering, turret rotation, gun elevation and Remote triggering of the gun.
