• Manage, Develop, Coach and motivate the sales team to develop their Skills to ensure monthly Sales targets and KPI targets.

• Provide Guidance to sales team daily, monthly and quarterly work plan in accordance with the formulated Strategies.
• Recruit new sales staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching & monitoring Skills.
• Market Visits on daily basis to increase coverage & market penetration.
