Procurement and management of suppliers for the adequate maintenance of operational spares and turnaround requirements.
Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly plant performance reports with the aim of increasing plant availability and production through effective historical data analysis.
Initiation of purchase requisitions on SAP for procurement of plant operational items
Inventory management using SAP to ensure availability of critical spares ensuring minimum downtime of plant operations
Correspondence with OEMs of wind turbines and 132kV grid equipment for remote support in case of unforeseen problems
Ensure all the maintenance activities follow and comply with company health, safety and environmental policies
Task closure reporting and lessons learned preparation.
Involved in Turn Arround-2022 Plant-I FFC Goth Machhi, Sadiq Abad in services Department and observed various ongoing Electrical Projects.
