• Administering the Performance Appraisal Process & Devising HR Policies
• Managing the Employee Benefits such as Medical Insurance, EOBI & Leave Encashment
• Bringing up different initiatives to motivate employees such as Attendance Award, Employee Referral Incentive Plan etc.
• Ensuring that the standards and procedures are followed by all employees, doing their counseling, solving their issues and complaints
• Coordinating with the Placement Departments of various universities
• Designing JDs and Positing of Job Ads on different universities and Social Networks
• Maintaining Database of CVs and shortlisting them
• Scheduling and Conducting Tests and Interviews of Candidates
• Documentation & Orientation of newly Hired Employees
• Preparing Daily Recruitment Reports and & contributing to formulation of recruitment Policies
