MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Responsibility in KCL
• Troubleshooting of Ball Mill BSD Department, Hydraulic Press, Glaze Line, B&T Kiln, Welko kiln Machine, Inspection Line or Packing Machine.
• To ensure proper maintenance running of plant\'s machinery is carried out with in minimum time.
• Maintain preventive maintenance Weekly, Monthly, Annually schedule of machinery and Plant.
• To ensure routine inspection of plant, machinery is carried out.
• Managing the maintenance team, train Maintenance team on job.
• Develop and implement daily maintenance job schedule
• Keep record of work orders and job card.
• Arrange spares and maintain store inventories by periodic.
• Train Maintenance team on job.
• Maintain job fixtures & equipment in shop / areas etc.
• Develop & implement preventive maintenance plans for machinery & fixed equipment and structures.
• Maintain documentation and all reports, check sheet.
• Develop and implement improvement plans for CAD/CAM and reliability plan.
• Periodic review of critical equipments and their maintenance plan.
• Development of resources for Out Sourcing of repair work.
• Optimize the use of shift manning and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. (SHE, Purchase contracting procurement etc).
• To follow quality management system, environmental management system & occupational health & safety system with the department.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Responsibility in UPL Site FCL
• Responsible for any troubleshooting of Powder Detergent Packing Machinery, HPC Domex Liquid Packing Machinery and
NSD Plant.
• Responsible for planning & scheduling & implementation of effective Maintenance (Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance) plan for Equipments, Machinery and Plant.
• Engage in different assignment and in new projects to improve the efficiency of department and Plant.
• Initiate the idea of Improvement for the value addition by lean Techniques like Kaizen, Visual Management, & 5S.
• Involve in Production Process & method improvement activities to enhance the performance & parameters of Processes of Production.
• Responsible to take corrective action against any abnormality in process & take counter measures to control and reduce
Re-working & Rejection.
• Ensuring the TPM, TQM, QMS, OEE and 5s Activities.
• Preparing & presenting all reports and check sheet include monthly & weekly Maintenance reports, Defect Analysis & its countermeasures, Department ISO Audits & KPI’s Presentation.
MAINTENANCE INCHARGE
Responsibility in EEI
• Repair & Maintenance of E.D, SPIN-ON, Air Filter Packing Machinery.
• Repair & Maintenance of Mechanical Power Press or Hydraulic Press,
Transfer-line Press
• General Maintenance regularly according to the standard procedure of ISO.
• Corrective Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance.
• Development & Kaizen
