Created the Strategic Plan and the Branding Strategy of Jumppl, which is a Project Management and Work Collaboration platform. Subsequently advised new features in the product to chalk out the ‘Un Common Denominator’ for Jumppl to trump the Market leaders in the vertical like Asana, Basecamp, Monday, Trello and Slack.
Built a content marketing Strategy to mirror the strengths of the Branding strategy. Created 4 Ebooks to complement the content marketing strategy. Built a content strategy for LinkedIn outreach to leverage my 11,000+ Linkedin connections. This resulted in acquiring in 600+ Customers even before our formal launch. Currently working on launching the new website and Blog along with managing the email marketing & Google Ad campaigns.
Built the Marketing and Sales team from scratch at this London based Start Up. Crafted the content for the new website and Blog for the Zapro and Legit Claims portals. Legitclaims.co.uk is one of the toughest projects that I have undertaken in my career because of the inherent competitive nature of the Legal marketing landscape. Cleaned the data that was to be imported in the CRM based on a number of critical factors. Crafted the content for email campaigns by first segregating the lawyer’s data according to the 326 boroughs of England and subsequently managed these campaigns.
Was part of the team that generated revenues of more than 1 Million USD for Zapro Digital and Legit Claim over the course of my stint at Zapro Digital.
Worked for this Amsterdam based Agency for 5 years before it was acquitted by a bigger agency. Crafted the SEO, SEM, SMM strategies and then got them implemented through my marketing team. Tracked the results through different Analytic channels to measure the success of the digital marketing strategies. Executed proven processes to generate new sales opportunities. Planned and executed email campaigns and spearheaded the subsequent Cold Calling Sales Team. Engaged Senior executives from Targeted Companies and orchestrated discussions with them around their business needs.
