BO Engineer (North-I FLM) (Sept. 2021 –continue).
Working on Telenor MS Project North 1 Region Pakistan
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Daily Scan all network using ZTE NetNumen and Nokia Netact and share Quality alarms and Sector Outages to field teams on call.
·         Extract and provide SCF file for FSMF to field teams.
·         Extract 2G, 3G, 4G availability stats and share with Nokia CO’s.
·         Provide technical support to Filed teams to troubleshoot and rectify Quality alarms, MW active alarms & RSL cases persisting on operational network.
·         All type of site equipment’s (ZTE and Nokia RFMs, FPFH Fiber switching) configuration based on software remotely.
·         To make Daily Brief & Weekly Reports on Quality, MW active alarms, RSL cases & TWAMP cases.
·         Share Telco HW requirement with SPMS.
·         Managing all operation plus coordination with Team.
·         Responsible for transmission of Network
·         Reporting to officials in a professional way.
·         Supervising more than 30 teams working on operations of Telenor sites.
