Operate Heat Treatment Furnace (IPSEN Vacuum Furnace made in Germany).Programming of furnace according to material grade and required hardness as per customer demand or as per DIN/ASTM standards. (Use Demig controller and IPSEN Vaccu-Prof Software).Doing Preventive maintenance as per maintenance plan (Daily, weekly, monthly, six month) and keep record. Able to change parts like heaters, heating rods, heating rods suspension, copper connecting plates, thermo-couples(heating sensor), etc.Operate, Program and Maintain Conveyer Belt Heat Treatment Furnace (KOHNLE Atmosphere HT Furnace made in Germany)Use Ammonia Cracker for crack ammonia to hydrogen gas and supply to furnace. Operate and Maintain Annealing Furnaces (Box & Fan Furnace).Test Hardness (HRC) of surgical Instruments, Cutters and Dies after hardening as well as tempering/annealing.Test Hardness (HRB) of surgical instruments after annealing.Reports of incoming and outgoing all instruments in Heat Treatment Furnace.Maintain the Daily Progress Report
