It has been a pleasure to gain work experience in the field of Civil Engineering. I have held a number of different positions at different organizations. Through these placements, I have gained an excellent understanding of the considerations made by civil engineers when working on complex projects. As a Professional Engineer at Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with 11 years job experience in the development sectors, I bring wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization. My filed experience includes extensive work with NGOs, INGOs, World Bank, European Union and Government educational Infrastructure projects, where I exhibited my skills in project management, Quality control and community engagement.
My educational background is not only Bachelors in Civil Engineering but also MA International Relations (IR), BA Economics & Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE Civil Engineering). The selected pattern of Professional and academic qualifications has equipped me with in depth knowledge of engineering experiences in WASH, Civil construction works, development of BOQs, detailed estimates, preparation of tender documents. My field expertise provides me with strong foundation in problem- solving and analytical skills, which have proven invaluable in my professional career.

WASH Officer
• Lead in the implementation of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Infrastructure interventions in conformity with the Action Against Hunger standards, international standards and national policies, ensuring the technical quality and relevance ofthe interventions.
• Develop detailed technical BoQs and ensure appropriate drawing and design of infrastructure schemes.
• Support in identifying infrastructure/ Water supply gaps and needs in the targeted communities through participating in the community’s assessment and planning meetings with stakeholders and coordinating with relevant local authorities maintaining a transparent flow of information between targeted communities, local authorities and management team to select suitable projects.
• Responsible and accountable for all aspects of delivering a high quality, effective and accountable WASH / Infrastructure program implementation, programmatic and operational matters.
• Coordinate with technical lead at Islamabad country office for updates and implementation plan of infrastructure schemes.
WASH Engineer
1. Worked as WASH Engineer with CARE International in Pakistan (CIP). CARE International is an International non-government organization (INGO), working around the globe in 104 countries to alleviate poverty and enhance self-resilience to restore and maintain peoples dignity and wellbeing.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assessment, development of BOQs (as per approved CSR/local market rates) design technical bidding documents for rehabilitation and construction work of Health facilities and educational Institutes, closely monitor construction works with quality assurance and quality control.
Provision of technical support and supervision of rehabilitation and construction activities at health facilities and educational institutes at Quetta.
· Carry out correspondences with project Manager regarding any variation in order due to additional works.
· Provide advice and technical support on all construction related procurements especially on WASH related construction materials.
· Represent the technical side of CARE program to various Government bodies, the UN, the WASH, health and education department and other NGOs at provincial and district field level.
· Worked at District Harnai in recent Earth Quake of 2021 Emergency Relief, assessment, distribution and provision of shelter tents, Food Items, Nonfood Items and Hygiene kits in collaboration with District Authority and PDMA.
· Assessment, installation and monitoring of temporary dry pit toilets in deserving beneficiaries at Harnai Earth Quake.
School Development & Infrastructure Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
• Worked as School Development & Infrastructure Specialist at Global Partnership for Education-Baluchistan Education Support Project (GPE-BESP) World Bank- European Union (WB- EU), Construction & Monitoring of school buildings in 7 Districts (Nushki, Chaghi, Kharan, Washuk, Panjgur, Kech & Gwadar) of Baluchistan.
• Accountable for assisting manager school Development Engineer and other relevant staff in planning infrastructure development programs and construction activities.
• Supervise and assist the Design Supervision & Quality Assurance (DS&QA) Firm to finalize the initial and detailed design drawings for infrastructure school buildings in targeted districts of Baluchistan.
• Lead field activities related to engineering and infrastructure rehabilitation and development projects undertaken by GPE-BESP in the relevant districts with improved coordination with District education administration and timely technical inputs in order to effectively meet completion targets.
• Oversee implementation activities such as design reviews, procurement of project materials, and implementation on the ground.
• Represent the technical side of GPE program in the world bank (WB) European Union (EU) meetings, education department at provincial, divisional and district field level.
• Supervise DS&QA Firm’s Engineers & contractors and provide advice and support to help overcome any shortcomings in the construction quality and management procedures.
District Engineer Awaran
Incharge of Communty Physical Infrastructre Schemes (CPIs) such as Construction of water supply schemes, primary school buildings, Extension & Improvement of Spring/ Karez, Construction of water Harvesting Structures & protection walls, Technical survey of CPI Schemes , design and preparation of cost estimates of CPI Schemes, monitoring & ensuring quality of materials of CPI schemes etc.
Sub-Engineer
Worked as Sub-Engineer with this Project in various schemes including survey of Akra Kaour Dam Gwadar.

National Construction Limited Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of Housing and works , Quetta Water Supply & Environmental Improvement Project (QWSEIP). In the project water supply pipe lines, sewerage lines were laid in different areas of Quetta city.
