Assisting supervisor & Operation Manager in preparing daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, semi-annual & annual reports
Reporting to line managers and Service quality department about the mandatory changes to be made in branch in concern of Housekeeping, welfare facilities, ergonomic and health aspects.
Basic branch Banking : Account opening, Cash handling, Lockers Operations, ATM monitoring & Balancing, foreign remittance, Local and Intercity clearing & Record keeping
Preparing MIS to maintain a record of outstanding banking items such as Cheque books, lockers and pay order
Updating of record on customer request and same day reporting to Head office
