Title Public Health Promoter (PHP) Officer Reporting To District Project Co-Ordinator   Project Title Humanitarian Assistance to The Flood Affected Communities, Province Sindh, 2022.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES 1. Design and implement health promotion interventions to improve community health and  well-being. 2. Plan and facilitate community health education and awareness sessions. 3. Work with local community members and stakeholders to identify public health concerns  and develop appropriate strategies to address them. 4. Collaborate with other health professionals and organizations to implement public health  programs and initiatives. 5. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the impact of health promotion interventions and use  findings to inform program design and implementation. 6. Monitor and report on the progress of health promotion activities to the Manager and other  stakeholders. 7. Conduct field visits to ensure effective implementation of health promotion activities. 8. Support the development and dissemination of health promotion materials and resources.9. Provide training and capacity building to community health workers and volunteers.10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES
 Map out annual training and delivery plan for DOSTI in consultation with the SOLF and the British Council DOSTI lead.
 Provide Training, supervise and facilitate the DOSTI teachers during the roll out of DOSTI components in the schools.
 Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
 Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
 Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
 Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of DOSTI on children skills and KPIs
Gather regular feedback from teachers and students
 Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness provided by the SOLF and the British Council.

 Prepare in consultation with project team village development plans and other activity reports;
 Keep close coordination and liaison with field team, communities and partners and assist all in data collection from the field
