Mr. Naubahar Ghani has got his master's degrees in Economics, Sociology and Business Administration from University of Sindh Jamshoro in 2005, 2007 and 2009 respectively. He has 10 years of versatile experience in different thematic areas of development sector i.e. Education, Community Development, Business Enterprise Development, Microfinance, Emergency Response and Early Recovery. His exceptional expertise relates to Reporting, Project Management, Coordination, Project Design and Implementation, Capacity Building, Institutional Development, Advocacy, Research, and fund raising. He has well-resourced skills for documentation, preparing and executing business plan, strategic plan, budgetary analysis and grant proposal writing. He also has the experience of working under CSR projects.
He started his mid-career in development sector with Sindh Microfinance Network (SMN) as Assistant Coordinator and later got promoted as Provincial Coordinator on the basis of his excellent performance. There he implemented three years project of Swiss Development Agency for Cooperation to strengthen financial sector of NGO-MFIs across Sindh, through microfinance and business enterprise development.
Currently, he is working as Project Officer in Right to Play, an International Organization working in 21 countries. In current role, Naubahar makes partnerships with sports associations, local organizations, implement projects with education department and liaison with donors. His position demands completion of tasks under tight deadlines, uncompromising accomplishment of targets, effective coordination, excellent communication and proven team management skills, unshakable decision making and conclusive problem solving skills. He supports country office in strategic planning.
Right To Play is an international organization that works with Government of Pakistan on policy level and with schools and sports associations for holistic child development through ‘Quality Education’, ‘Life Skills’ and ‘Core Sports’
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of project activities
