. Facilitate in-service professional Development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include Face-to-face training, Conduct TIGs, provides support to utilize Reading Learning Material.
2. Facilitate teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular Follow-up Support Visits to schools.
3. Work in close collaboration with Teacher, HM, and Govt Academic Supervisor or Officers
4. In preparing & implementing School/UC/Tehsil/District based Reading Improvement Plan and Strategies.
5. Assist District Manager in Managing administrative and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of Program Activities in the District.
6. Assist District Manager to compiling monthly, Quarterly and Annual progress report by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
7. Prepare/partake in detailed week/monthly plans including field travels/school visits/while adhering to quarterly Annually-LoP- work plan targets and indicators.
8. Ensure proper record keeping of TIG, meetings, follow-up visits and Teachers Observation tools and reporting those to District office accordingly. 9. Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quarterly.
10. Assist the District provincial and National office in undertaking monitoring and Data Collection Task.
11. Identify success stories from the field and undertake case studies to highlight impact of the Project.

1-Provide mentorship to GTs for preparations and demonstrate of SRP Teaching and Learning Materials in the classroom
2- Prepare and conduct tablet-based Formative Assessment (FA) in every second month.
3- Share FA results with GTs, Teachers, District Focal Persons (DFPs), Taluka Education Officers (TEOs) and District Education Officers (DEOs).
4- Co-facilitate and support GTs in conduction of monthly cluster based review, planning and refresher session of teachers
5-Attend quarterly review meeting called by DEOs, DFP, Learning & Literacy Advisors (LLA)s and Master Trainers (MTs).
6- Organized and Conducted Induction Training of GTs and Orientation of every second Month of GTs on F.A.
7- Collect M&E data against each log frame indicators
8-Help and support M&E team to Conduct Data Verification exercise at field level
9-Support M&E team during field visits and other Monitoring visits at field level
10-Compile M&E data collections tools and further submit to M&E team.

Coordinate the test administration with the head teacher at least two days prior to visiting the school.
Administer the EGRA/EGMA instrument to students objectively and in a technically correct and friendly manner

Guarantee that the sample of students is drawn following proper procedures

Provide questionnaire to chosen teachers (Grade 3 and 5) and head teachers

Send an SMS to the supervisor with information concerning the number of available students per grade, teachers per grade and head teachers.

Ensure that the information in all completed EGRA/EGMA instruments and questionnaire is clear complete and consistent

Cross verify data with other team members to ensure completeness and accuracy
Prepare and deliver all completed EGRA/EGMA instruments,
Maintain constant contact with the supervisor to resolve
problems that arise and communicate work progress.
