Working as audit officer since 2019. I am team member of post audit and performance audit of BUs fall under the umbrella of Army welfare trust
INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform monthly stock takes and preparation of stock take reports & check list of all branches country Wide.
Checks daily cash position of company’s Petty cash, by requiring daily expense statements from all accountants
having petty cash.
Review daily bills of all type’s including (fuel, stationary admin expenses, procurement of company’s raw material
vehicles monthly repair and maintenance, monthly grocery bills etc.), of company which requires endorsement of
Internal Audit.
Monthly or quarterly branches visits country wide. Conduct stock takes, physical cash count of branches and
reconcile with branches cash ledgers, post audit or vouching of branch expenses, check branch employee’s
attendance and discipline etc.
Random physical cash counts of employees to whom petty cash issued by company and reconcile with their Petty
cash ledger.
Post audit or vouching of all SBU’s of company on and preparation of compliance for observations identified during
audit.
