概要

Presently I am currently working in development sector as Program Officer at Sahil Head Office. I am responsible for day to day supervision of the program activities of Sahil field Offices and reporting back to the National Program Manager. I also play a key role in providing my input in project designs, strategic Planning and task scheduling. I posses strong and excellent communication skills. It is also a key role in my job to communicate effectively by utilizing different means of communication to all types of audiences. I have ability to resolve conflicts amicably for the better result and team work. This ability has not only build confidence in my team but I also have developed very good relationship and respect among my pears. I have also delivered training programs at community level, with Lawyers, Teachers and TOTs for CSO's especially on child protection. I have achieved my objectives in the given time by utilizing my time management and task scheduling skills. I have very good relationship with my team members and with other stake holders. I have working experience in remote and disturb areas like Naserabad, Sukhar, Jafrabad, Ghotki, Mansehra, Abtabad, Kasur and Vehari. My experience in these field areas shows my confidence and braveness.
