•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
•Correspondence with the project parties on regular basis.
•Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
•Responsible for workers productivity and efficiency.
• Preparation of bar bending
• Preparation of Daily reports, work allocation and submission to PD.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
• Supervision and inspection for Formwork, Steel, Concrete & Finishing Work.
• Ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Collection of quotations for various subcontracted items for the bidding of the new tenders.

• Ensure the works are done as per specifications / relevant standards.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards
• Preparing of cost estimates for various projects to be executed.
• Issue site notes to the Contractors staff whenever required
• Check out martial Quality at the site
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• Allocating work to subcontractors;
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• Preparation of BOQ by Take-OFF Quantities from relevant drawing
