Managing the following portfolio of payments & controls with experience of credit cards product management:
Analyzing market direction & developing Product strategy, value propositions, business plans and financial targets. Evaluate P&L & designing campaign to increase activation & spend on credit cards by using partner offers.
Reviewing Monthly Performance Reports (MPR’s) & Financials for Acquisitions, Spend, and Alliances. Classifying variances for expense control & generating income/ revenue.
Identifying opportunities of cross sales & tapping international teams for non-resident professionals in MENA region.
Liaison with Business Intelligence for projections, budgeting & forecasting. Formulating strategies for new products/ services of customers segments. Conduct research & comparative analysis to improve product offerings.
