Site Engineer Mechanical
• Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling all
Mechanical activities including Fabrication, Welding, Sandblasting, Painting and erection of all parts
• Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings and work plan.
• Coordinate with Project team member, consultant, client and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with project Managers in identifying and flagging technical mechanical issues, solving project implementation technical issues.
• Preparing BOQ for sub-contractors and inspecting the works follow up the specification strictly.
• Bill verification for the contractors which includes the measurement of weight & area of material and equipments
• Maintaining daily report of work on site.
• Develop best practices to improve progress, quality and reliability.
• Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the labor force and work of any subcontractors.
• Perform other duties assigned by Senior management.
Site Engineer Mechanical
• Manage workers according to their job.
• Monitoring the fabrication of steel structure.
• Dealing with the unplanned interruption in daily work.
• Guidance and assistance to the technical staff for any sudden change in planned work/procedure.
• To visit the construction site daily to check weather all works, material, equipment are in accordance with requirement.
• Ensuring the work in healthy and safety.
• Coordinate with client and workshop inspector.
• Weekly project meeting and report to the QA/QC Manager.
• Documentation of all required material, tools and consumable items.
Site Engineer Mechanical
• Ensuring the conformity of products from incoming inspections to delivery of products.
• Check dimensions of sheet according to cutting plain and allowed them for Cutting.
• Inspect the cutting material allow them for fit-up.
• Check every joint before and after fit-up.
• Inspection of drilling and riveting as per drawing and procedure.
• Check and approve the fabricated material according to required Drawing.
• To visit the construction site ,floor to check weather all works, materials ,equipment are in accordance with Project drawing and specification.
• Planning and implementing all the training sessions regarding quality management system.
• Expansion and explore the possibilities of the new ideas regarding improvement of the Quality.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring the implementation of cutting, fit-up and Fabrication of material accordance to Drawing.
• Responsible for documents data control activity and maintain daily progress sheet
