- Handling procurement process including ODM/OEM Materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse managers for maintaining records of all inwards and outwards.
- Participate in the development of specifications for products or substitute materials.
- Strategic sourcing for new develop product (local / import).
- Works closely with team to support ODM/OEM projects (like Loreal, Sanofi, Himalaya, Hilal, Bin Bakar, Chapra, ZIL, IFFCO, Shield, Martin Dow etc).
- Supervise the procedures for market cash/credit purchases and for inquiries.
- Vendor sourcing / selection, negotiation of pricing & delivery terms.
- Liaising with vendors, finding the best options available.
- Resolve vendor or supplier grievances regarding payment terms.
- Develops best practice processes, & works together with IT to enhance the ERP set up.
- Train coworkers to use ERP.
