Section Head - Tariff & Deputy Manager
1.To coordinate with the concerned Department for the study of the SOP?s, Work instruction Sheet, Process Sequence for the relevant case.
2. To coordinate with Import and Logistic Department & Local Parts Purchase Department for the recent TBS (Tariff Base System) List for the data compilation of the FOB?s of the imported parts as well as local parts related to the sub-assemblies of the identified cases.
3. To prepare the case according to the Engineering Development Board prescribed format like Technical Data Sheet, Input Output Ratio Sheet, Photos of Tools, Equipment?s and Machinery used in the sub-assembly of that concerned case, Photos of the related sub-assemblies and parts.
4. To review the cases with the Technical Management Department for the queries and suggestions about the A-Max parts and for the Localization Plan for the Imported Parts and finalization of cases.
5. To Submit the Input Output Ratios cases (IORC) to Engineering Development Board for the Approval and monitoring of the approved cases and to maintain the records.
6. To expedite any change in the approved cases from Engineering Development Board (EDB) with the coordination of Parts Localizaton Department and Technical Management Department in the form of additional, deleted parts if any.
7. As A-Max coordinator reduce/minimize number of lines registered in importable list with higher rate of duty.
8. Cost reduction of specific projects through value engineering and savings on overall procurement cost.
9. To polish SCD functional area by improving and up-grading their activity or processes by identify and removing their problem through project to achieving cost down benefit.
10. Undertake special projects as assigned by the Management.

1.To continually identify and diagnose where compliance activity is required across the factory.
2. Develop and coordinate the delivery of plans to put in place compliance activity where it is otherwise absent or unsatisfactory.
3. Ensure that investigation and action against any nonconformity.
? To check the daily production and delay of production.
4. Corrective and Preventive actions against dyeing department.Maintain and update the chemicals and dye stuff record.
5. Any other task assigned by the Management.
