Responsibilities:-
Assessment of infant and young child feeding practices in mothers/care givers at Community level. Conduct Assessment of all mothers with children under 24 months that attend the OTP Programme and at the community.
Perform appropriate assessments of IYCF needs and malpractices and do analysis and come up with clear recommendations.
Counselling the pregnant women for the preparation of Breastfeeding and colostrum feeding and also counselling to mothers on correct attachment and positioning when Breastfeeding.
One to one tailored IYCF counselling sessions to all mothers with children under 5 year.
Produce the daily reports.
Leading the CHWs.
As a team supervisor, you are responsible for guidance, facilitation and supervision of the field enumerators in districts Hyderabad and Jamshoro for conducting a “Client Exit Interview” as per the given list in the nominated health facilities of the districts. The detail of the survey activities and your daily responsibilities are as under:
§ Check out the household roaster of the interviewee filled by enumerators
§ Check out the consent form of the interviewee filled by enumerators
§ Facilitate the enumerators to conduct and collect interviews information on Android Applications using Android Devices (Tablets)
§ Work under the direct supervision of the PIDC Coordinator and senior management.
§ Keeping close coordination with the coordinator as the immediate supervisor and reporting channel in the assignment hierarchy.
§ Conduct all field activities related to the assignment.
§ Prepare daily/Weekly a Plan of Action and submission to your Coordinator on time.
§ Coordination with health facilities staff and health department officials
§ Close monitoring and supervision of the enumerators and random spot checks as per the agreed plan.
§ Share the pin location with PIDC Coordinator of the spot checks conducted for monitoring in the concerned health facility
§ Preparation of the Daily/Weekly progress and its submission to the PIDC Coordinator on time.
§ Ensure that enumerators visit each assigned health facility for consecutive 05 days in the designated District and Tehsil of the assigned district.
§ Ensure that the client payment is being paid by enumerators as per SOPs.
§ Ensure quality of work and proper time management of enumerators
§ Collection of all hard forms from enumerators and their thorough review before submission to PIDC.
§ Collection of tablets from enumerators and dispatch it to PIDC along with other documents.
§ Participate in data collection process during project baseline, midline, and end line process.
§ Understand project objectives and social mobilization strategy/mechanism with properly.
§ Implement social mobilization strategy/process effectively.
§ Conduct community identification process in field.
§ Conduct project orientation for communities in field
§ Assist Project Manager in identification of community influential people.
§ Participate in monthly, quarterly review or reflection vents.
§ Responsible for the effective planning of the project activities / events and its implementation in timely manner.
§ Responsible for the linkage’s development with the local stakeholders.
§ Responsible for the visibility of the project, supporting partner and implementing partner.
§ Responsible for the complete documentation of the project in Organized way that contain many types of project reports, pictures, case studies, documentaries, meeting minutes etc.
§ Responsible to conduct monthly progress review.
§ Ensure maximum participation of the female/women in project activities.
§ Attend donor meetings and workshops if and when required.
§ Prepare daily field report sand weekly updates on regular basis.
§ Any other tasks assigned by Project Officer/Project Manager.
§ To observe and check program functioning according to standard operating policy.
§ Making sure that projects standards are met. Meeting beneficiaries to get their feedback about the project.
§ Finding program gaps to ensure program sustainability.
§ To check and ensure staff proper action plan performance.

§ Ensure timely, transparent and comprehensive reporting to field office as well as head office.
§ Participate in the project review meetings and share the progress to Momentum Management
§ Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with District Manager (NCHD), District Manager MV, Literacy Coordinator (LCs), Local Area Supervisor (LAS) and submit the report.
§ To observe and check program functioning according to standard operating policy.
§ Making sure that projects standards are met. Meeting beneficiaries to get their feedback about the project.
§ Finding program gaps to ensure program sustainability.
§ To check and ensure staff proper action plan performance.
§ Ensure quality of program in the field.

§ To prepare field plan, arrangement of equipment i.e, Tabs, questionnaire and other required materials are survey guidelines are available for reference.
§ Proper execution of plan and identifying of randomized HH according to line listing for filling of household questionnaire and collection of all required samples.
§ Ensuring the proper filling of data in the mobile application with the appropriate and accurate answers provided by responded
§ Rechecking of data before submitting it to sever and troubleshooting of App errors in tablets and uploading on the server.
§ Conduct staff and Community level meetings.
§ To attend training and field-based learning activities on SMART methodology;
§ To ensure the data collection from HH/Individual/villages on the daily basis as per the designed tools like MUAC, questionnaires related to SMART survey;
§ To ensure that all interviews planned in a day are conducted by assuring data quality standards and using variety of specific information given on survey questionnaires;
§ To ensure that all relevant equipment and data collection forms along with stationaries are taken to field for data collection;
§ To ensure that respondents understand uniformly questions the way intended, as explained in training given to enumerators before carrying out the data-collection;
§ To take anthropometry measurements of under five years’ children and PLWs as per instructions provided during training;
§ To identify the problems in obtaining quality data and share with Field Officer and also proposed solutions to address issues;
§ To provide consolidated information on target versus achievement on daily basis to field officer;
§ To report field level issues and challenges on daily basis; and
§ To ensure that communities are adequately consulted and informed about purpose of the data-collection and ensure no false responses are given/recorded.
§ Facilitated the process of implementation of survey filed activity.
§ To prepare field plan, arrangement of equipment i.e. anthropometry equipment, phlebotomy and water sampling tool kits.
§ Proper execution of plan and identifying of randomized HH according to line listing for filling of household questionnaire and collection of all required samples.
§ Technically support team for taking anthropometry measurement.
§ Ensuring proper bar coding of samples and scanned accordingly in app.
§ Conduct staff and Community level meetings.
§ Rechecking of data before submitting it to sever and troubleshooting of App errors in tablets.
§ Sharing of daily and weekly progress reports with Area Coordinator.
