概要
Ms. Rukhsana is working in the field of community development last 16 years. She started her career from local organization Health And Nutrition Development Society (HANDS) since 20th September 2000 worked different positions in same organization. She started her career in HANDS as a FEMALE COMMUNITY MOTIVATOR, and also worked as a ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT MANAGER of Saving and credit unit also Assistant manager of GENDER DEVELOPMENT, Master Trainer and she got promotion in HANDS and become a PROJECT COORDINATOR HANDS (IDP) Integrated Development Project,
Then in 2007 joined an international organization World Wide Fund for Nature . work in different projects in different districts of Sindh on different positions.

My over all responsibilities are conduct field visits, formation and monitoring in field implemented intervention, conduct and organized different training sessions (like: Health Hygiene, Disaster Risk Reduction, Organizational Management Training and ETC )with Male and Female community groups. conduct Meetings with stake holders, govt Officials and different funded organization.
