• Conduct regular (daily) site visits, supervise, and verify the civil activities and ensuring compliance as per contract specification and best engineering practices.
• Develop and share site inspection report regularly.
• Review and Approval of Structure and Architecture Shop Drawings as per IFC Drawings, Specifications and BOQ.
• Review and Approval of Material Submittal as per Contract Documents i.e., IFC Drawings, Specification, BOQ and Approved Manufacturer List.
• Inspection of delivered material at site through MIR.
• Site Supervision & Inspections of Structural and Finishing Work i.e., Steel, Formwork, Concrete, Block Masonry, Plaster, Tiles, Paint, Ceiling, and Cladding work.
• Supervision and verification of compressive strength tests of Concrete cylinders and Blocks.
• Ensure testing as per project requirements.
• Supervision of concrete batching at Concrete Batching Plant.
• Co-ordination with Client and Contractor and site staff for effective management of construction site.
• Meet with client to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
• Inspection of all civil work as per standard, drawing and Specifications.
• Maintain photos of the project sites at every stage of the project on regular basis.
• Ensure housekeeping on site.
• Any other duties assigned by RE/ARE pertaining to civil work.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
 Monitoring the complete building process of Central Mosque. 
 Conduct regular (daily) site visits, supervise and verify the civil activities and ensuring compliance as per contract specification and best engineering practices. 
 Verify IPC quantities with on-site measurements of the project activities. 
 Maintain records of materials tests performed and executed works. 
 Where site problems are found, work with the RE and Architect to resolve them promptly. 
 Prepare daily report to the RE or ARE. This includes works orders, materials delivery, Manpower and daily inspections program. 
 Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor(s) submissions, shop drawings, material submittals and construction related matters. 
 Inspect the on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize field and laboratory tests. 
 Follow up and implement any site instructions made by the RE. 
 To check Residential Building plans according to By-laws of Fazaia Housing Scheme.

Project : Construction of 8 x Soldiers Flats (G+3) Block 7, 8 & 9 in Punjab Regiment Centre (PRC) Mardan 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
 Ensuring that all the activities are executing as per approved method of statement, project specifications & in a safe manner. 
 Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available. 
 Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets. 
 Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. 
 Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients& Sub Contractors. 
 Co-ordination with Surveyors, and other site foremen and supervisors. 
 To ensure the quality and standards of materials and quantities in accordance with project specifications. 
 Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. 
 Applying personal technical knowledge and experience to the development of subordinate fresh staff.

PROJECT Trainee Engineer: DHA Peshawar infrastructure project – Pakistan (8th April, 2019 – present)
Activity: Activity including sewerage works, water supply line, storm water drainage, construction of underground and overhead water tanks, Road work sub base, subgrade, aggregate base course, asphalt course ,lab works such as field density test, standard and modified proctor test, material gradation, concrete test.
Responsibility during jobs: Worked as a Trainee engineer and main focus on site supervision, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects. Responsibilities were solving technical issues, providing advice to the management and preparing site progress reports.
