· Prepare and present regular reports on academic performance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
· Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive academic improvements.
· Collaborate with external education bodies, universities, and other partners to enhance academic offerings and opportunities.
· Serve as the academic representative in board meetings, providing expert advice on educational matters.

Responsible for teaching ICT in Education and School Community and Teacher (SCT) Subjects
Supervising research thesis and Independent Research Studies (IRS) on ICT in Education and Digital Learning of B.Ed. and MA Education students

Collaborate closely with the project team and partner organizations (Education Management Organizations (EMOs) & Independent Experts (IEs) to attain objectives of the projects and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to assess progress and devise strategies to overcome the field level challenges.  
Facilitate students’ standard achievements tests and conduct data analysis to evaluate the impact of the project.
Support, lead and perform impact evaluations of the Education Management Organization (EMO) reform.   
Provide educational and technical support to the partner organizations in development and updating of Annual Management Plans, Training Need Assessment tools, baseline surveys and CPD Plans.
Coordinate with partner organizations and relevant departments to provide technical assistance and ensure effective support in the field.
Plan and lead conferences, workshops, trainings and orientation sessions.
Collect data from field to measure achievements against the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of EMO schools & Teacher Training Institutes (TTIs).
Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations for relevant stakeholders.
Design and update monitoring tools.
Conduct baseline surveys, feasibility studies and impact evaluations and prepare reports.
Troubleshoot on challenges faced in project implementation and provide support as necessary.
Review and evaluate Feasibility Studies of new projects prepared by Transaction Advisors.  
Review Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) submitted by the partner organizations. 

Responsible for developing training modules and plan for teachers training on digital learning
Conduct teachers training on teaching with digital resources and the ICT components of the project across the province
Conduct post training lesson observations and mentoring of teachers on digital learning
Build capacity of stakeholders on digital learning (including Head Teachers and School Operators)
Coordinate and lead trainers of different regions for teachers training on digital learning
Conduct orientation sessions of school partners related Digital Learning of INSTAL Project
Plan and oversee deployment of digital equipments in 600 Foundation Assisted Schools
Monitor and ensure construction of Audio-Visual rooms as per contract requirements
Work with academic team of SEF and partner firm to dovetail context-based pedagogies with ICT solution at SEF supported schools
Review digital content of English and Science and report to the partner firm for updation
Coordinate with partner firm on development of digital content
Develop activity based, monthly, quarterly and annual reports 

• Teach English to Middle and High School Students
• Prepare and deliver lessons to wide range of classes of different ages and abilities
• Mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils’ progress and development
• Supervising and supporting the work of teaching assistants, trainee teachers and newly appointed teachers
• Organize extracurricular activities, such national and international days celebrations, outings, social activities and sporting events
• Organize meetings with parents and sharing students results
