Responsibilities:             

Responsible for preparing and implementing the Continuous Improvement plan for implementing the Better Cotton Standard System (BCSS) as per the approved KPIs of the project.
Responsible for Field staff capacity building, including Field Facilitators and Women Trainers for implementing the Better Cotton Standard System (BCSS) and Good Agricultural Practices.
Delivering on-time collection, credibility, and quality of all types of data as with required parameters by organisation/ donor, including lists of farmers, workers (male and female), Result Indicator data, utilization reports, etc.
Developing and implementing a roadmap for the project’s interventions/sustainability of Producer Units in the work area.
Responsible for all types of reports, including activity, monthly highlight, and quarterly, mid-term, and end-year reports as required by the organisation/ donor within the given timelines.
Organizing meetings, workshops, seminars, visits, and briefings as and when required.
Facilitating donor and organisation representatives to conduct credibility checks, monitoring activities, and baselines.
Responsible for compliance with the M&E system of producer units and projects.
Produce the success stories, blogs, research publications, and activity details  resulting from introduced interventions.

Responsibilities:

The CHM will map and select beneficiaries in target talukas.
Prepare the work plan for community mobilization activities,
Leadorientation, mobilization sessions and trainings, facilitate.
Formation of community groups,  Select training topics, identify and communicate any issues, engage with communities, recruit volunteers, represent the organization at community level. 
Coordination meetings, prepare field reports, maintain and manage records. 
Develop training manuals, materials, and posters, and perform other duties as directed by the District Project Officer.

Responsibilities:

Social Mobilization under the project Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)
To initiate the sensitization and realization process at the Mohalla/UC level in the villages.
Organize collective community meetings ensuring the representation of at least 70% house Hold of the village to discuss the formation of the community organization.
Conduct Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in the village to enhance awareness of the community on available resources, its Utilization, social trends, events occurrence etc. and use the PRA in the village Planning.
Facilitate the CO in preparing the Community Action Plan (CAPs)
Sensitize and educate the CO of self- help initiatives.

Responsibilities:
To facilitate cotton growers regarding crop issues, farmers gather fortnightly to conduct lectures on current issues, visit crop fields, and raise awareness while implementing the six production principles:

Decent Work.
