I am hired as Security Officer, my responsibilities are
Support the PHS&S, in day to day security related works for the project.
Report directly to the PHS&S.
Implementation of SMP / SRA of O&M phase at GHPP.
Arrange escort for the movement of expatriate staff outside the GHPP.
Deployment and monitor all the security personnel at GHPP for both day / night shifts.
Ensure movement and direction of all project employees Maintain information center at all times on the project.
Maintain security log & present to PHS&S on daily basis.
Supervise in-out at main gate and keep all the records.
Stop any unsecured act observed.
Hold briefing and disseminate information to the PHS&S & others on security issues.
Ensure that security report is prepared and well documented.
Perform daily security inspections at the workplace in conjunction with the PHS&S.
Conduct investigation of all security-related incidents, accidents, and damage to property or equipment.
Monitoring of access identification badges of all employees and subcontractors.
Ensure implementation/ compliance of all security related issues.
I was assigned as Control Room Officer and my responsibilities were;
Manage the Panic alarm system and prepare daily, weekly and Monthly reports.
Coordination with QRFs (Quick Response Force) of our own company
Coordination with RRVs (Rapid Response Force)
Manage the administrative issues & maintains the salary of on charge employees.
Monitor guarding services of all projects.
Monitor Vehicle Tracking System all across Pakistan.
Monitor Protective services in all Pakistan.
Take OK report from all regional offices as well as shifts + Managerial staff.
Collaborate with other officials in order to prepare and analyze damage assessments Following disasters or emergencies.
Keep informed of activities or changes that could affect the likelihood of an emergency.

Daily Security Briefing to Security Manager.
Client Movement Tracking via GPS Tracking System.
Email Client Movement and Staff movement to managers.
Office Surveillance through CCTV.
Assign Duties to Guard Force, Drivers and Body Guards.
Weekly and Monthly Trainings of Guard Force and CPOs.
Maintain Vehicle Fueling and Maintenance Record.
I was assigned as Security Officer and my responsibilities were:-
Physical Screening & Baggage scanning in X-ray mode, Door Frame Metal Detector & Hand Held Metal Detector.
Security Observation equipment operation. (Binocular, night vision goggle, CCTV and Baggage scanner).

Training of employees on security and Emergency Response Team awareness program.

Daily Preparing Morning Brief for Director Business Risk.
Provide information and advice when requested and deal with all routine clients enquires accurately and efficiently.
Manage and assist with the setting out of equipment and event management duties.
Carry our Fire Alarm tests at 7:00am each Saturday Morning and complete the record sheet.

Assist with the management of Project security and safety systems to identify any deficiencies.
Watching Media to collect security risks regarding security and notify all the incidents and accident reports to security Managers.
Notify Daily Incident report, weather forecast, client locations and staff traveling updates to DBR
Maintains Client & Staff Movement tracker on Google docs which are shared with all the mangers of all sectors of the project.
Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter restricted areas.
Develop reporting procedures for security incidents.
Controlling the entry and exit of vehicle.
Assist in the development of evacuation and medical plans.
Collecting statements and evidence in reported allegations.
Carrying out inspections of stores and the car park.
Using the correct radio voice procedure.
I was assigned as a CCTV Operator / Security Guard my responsibilities were:-
Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the
CCTV Control Room
Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and
its facilities.
Operate a range of remote call monitoring, alarms and communication
facilities contained within the Control Room.
Report any incidents that occur immediately to the Sector Coordinator or relevant manager.
Maintain accurate records of data recordings and events, using incident
reporting software.
