Tasks and Responsibilities:
·        Organize and mobilize farmers/ groups for participatory learning.
·        Provide support and facilitate farmers for participatory learning practices and experiments in salinity effected landscapes and communities.
·        Development of Farmers as Facilitators for farmers to farmer learning.
·        Implementing the agreed action plans (with the project partners and stakeholders) to the given standards and deadlines.
·        Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
·        On-going evaluation of project activity and submission of the final results of field activities to the project management.
·        Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

I was working here as Lead District Master Facilitator at District Faisalabad.
Following services which assigned to me in this project:

Training with Females farmers regarding CPS,VM and FILM model 
Collaborative problem solving with farmers through FILM model sessions 
Monthly report writing 
Installations and Data readings with farmers of Water tools (Full stop, Chameleon and Tensiometer)

Achievements in the FILM Model with farmers 

Kitchen gardening with females for their earning source and for their healthy life style
Improve their production Technlogies 
Spread awareness for water saving crop sowing instead of water hub crops
Developed interest of females for Agricultural activities to improve their household earning 
Promoted and developed Cottage industry work for females earning from home

I have worked with CSIRO, Australia for 1.5 year as a research assistant and focal person of the project. The project was regarding female labor wage gap analysis in Rice production areas (Gujramwala, Hafizabad, Sheikhupura, Narrowal) in all agricultural activities of Rice and wheat production Technology.

I had been working here as Internee. I was working in PARC department and assigned the topic " Comparison of output and Production Technlogies of Drip adopters and non -Adopters for Citrus Orcherd in District muzaffargarh ".
