I'm Working here as Assistant Accountant from June 4 2020. I'm working here an Accounting Software(ODDO) and Ms Office. I have good command on it. Being on Accountant i'm responsable to mantain daily transactions (Invoices,payments,petty expenses,) and keep record of these transactions.
Responsibilities
Processing payroll adjustments and corrections received from the billing department.
Ensuring that all checks are received and distributed appropriately and on-time at the proper locations.
Preparing and maintaining the monthly list of manual checks, terminations and adjustment transactions with supporting documentation.
Experience of month-end duties and pulling together management accounts.
Strong ledger skills.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor income and expenditure in relation to the school’s budget, and produce monthly reports for the Directors, Headteacher and the Finance Committee.
• Be responsible for all elements of cash handling including collections and disbursements, banking and security, fundraising and school trips.
•Monitor the payment of salaries by the school’s payroll provider, liaising with the provider as required.
