1)Organize develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plan in coordination with planning and production departments for the planned maintenance of all equipment and machines. 2)Supervise, mentored and led 10-15 employees of Mechanical, Electrical and Utilities department. 3)Exercise World class manufacturing (WCM) pillars to develop and deliver solutions to competent problems. I have designed CAD model of turbo refiner rotor in SOLIDWORKS, in compliance with WCM standards for manufacturing form Italy. 4)Implementation with effective routine/ breakdown, predictive maintenance for departmental machines and equipment, and minimum interruption due to machine / equipment failure, thereby achieving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). 5)Ensure colleagues safety, safety of assets and the environment.

The best of my internship at millet tractors in my first year, is that it has directed my interest in the automotive and helped me in choosing my final year project. From the assembly of the engine to the assembly of the whole tractor, i was amazed about the precision and all the processes that i have studied during my graduation were applicable as mentioned. In short, my first practical experience at milled tractors have made me believe in mechanical engineering and this believe helped me throughout my graduation. A detailed report mentioning all the processes and the major possible improvements was submitted at the end of internship to the millet tractors.
