Coordinate for carrying out quality inspections on maintenance jobs
Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
Deal with unplanned, urgent maintenance jobs without disturbing plant operation.
 Providing technical support and training to lower staff on new equipment.
Compliance of all safety regulations during work. 
Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection
Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime
Conducting and overseeing maintenance process audits
Responding to major equipment breakdowns by timely maintenance to avoid any disrupt
Tracking the maintenance KPIs
playing an active role in helping the organization to set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program
Reviewing and comparing bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors for final selection.
Making detailed reports about the maintenance and repairs completed
Ensures that the facility’s equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly.  
Coordination with outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants during repair, refurbishment of various equipment.


Develop and implement progressive planned & predictive maintenance systems.
Provide technical support to the Maintenance Engineers and supervisors on challenging equipment repair issues.
Participate in technical investigations, studies, problem evaluation and provide sound engineering recommendations for proposed action.
Forecasting and strategic planning for system overhauls and upgrades, while taking into account long-term maintenance costs.
Assist in the training and development of in-house maintenance resources.
Perform and assist in troubleshooting of equipment failure to determine root causes
Perform Maintenance Work Request (MWR) and Management of Change (MOC) requests
Analyze breakdown data in order to improve the efficiency and performance of the various piping, equipment and machines.
Ensure maintenance activities are proactively coordinated including contractor & vendor management within areas of responsibilities of employees.
Participate in acceptance tests of new facilities when requested.
Participate in implementation of new projects, facility modification and comment on the concept design phase through the detailed design phase including design review to fabrication and installation of the facilities as well as start-up of the new installation/facilities
Support the department in reaching Maintenance excellence by aligning with corporate standards and international best practices.
Assist in planning maintenance activities, including weekend work and plant shutdowns etc.
Responsible to protect health and safety of staff by working in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures
Work flexibly as part of a team and provide support and training to other team members to enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance cost & time.

 Construction of underground Fire water network of 2.4 km length of GRE material around all refinery units, utilities and sub-station
Installation of FW Pumps, Jockey Pumps, FW diesel driven engines including suction and discharge CS piping headers.
Installation of Fire Safety Hydrants, Foam Monitors and Fire cabinets at designated locations as per design.
Testing of FW network including, hydrotest and all required NDTs.
Commissioning of complete underground circuit.

Dismantling of damaged pipeline and Construction of new16 km underground Gas pipeline from various wells and Tie-in with main header.
NDT and hydrotest of combined network.
Installation of Valves and instruments.
