Operation Officer
I am currently working at NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited as an Operations Officer/Teller, where I am responsible for a variety of essential banking functions. My duties include cash management, account opening, ATM replenishment, RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), clearing, and maintaining ATMs and cheque books. Additionally, I handle customer service tasks, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all clients. Through this role, I am developing strong skills in financial operations, attention to detail, and customer relationship management.
Internee
I interned in the Finance Department at Swat Serena Hotel, where I gained valuable experience in various financial operations. During my internship, I assisted with budgeting, financial reporting, and invoice processing, contributing to the overall financial efficiency of the hotel. I also supported the team in managing accounts payable and receivable, and helped in the preparation of financial statements. This role enhanced my understanding of financial management within the hospitality industry and honed my analytical and organizational skills.
