Led schedule maintenance team during upgradation shutdown of Pakistan’s largest polymer plant

Plan and ensure execution of scheduled activities for preventive, predictive maintenance (including plant shutdown)
• Generate and maintain Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of critical maintenance activities
• To participate in planned major overhauling (MOH) of Niigata engines during cross-departmental training
• Troubleshoot problems causing repetitive breakdowns of pumps, heat exchangers, rotary equipment, and bearing failures to prepare a corrective action plan
• Coordinate and participate with Atlas Copco service team for hours-based overhauling and breakdown maintenance of compressors
• Perform annual maintenance of Turbo Mach 15 MW Gas turbine under supervision of technical team
• Conduct annual maintenance of Package boilers (Standard Kessel) to ensure timely safety certification from government boiler inspector
• Ensure compliance with ISO:45001 Occupational Health and Safety standards for safe jobs execution at site
• Maintain the optimum level of spare parts stock for preventive maintenance and breakdown emergencies (Inventory management)
