Performing the ongoing Business Impact Analysis and Threat & Risk Assessment for a client from telecom sector.
During the engagement the tasks performed were
• To conduct surveys and meetings for gathering information and understanding of the business process
• Identification of Mission Critical Activities and categorization of processes based on Impact Ratings
• Drafting of Business Impact Analysis Report

• Execute audits according to the audit plan under the direct lead of Senior Manager
• Review IT controls, applications and processes as means of safeguarding assets, governance and risk
• Prepare audit work program, working papers and other documentation including the risk and control design assessment in compliance with the Internal Audit Manual

During the training period performed following IT/IS Audits related to
• Management Communication Systems - Exchange Server, Management Portals, eDocs, PABX
• EVDO Systems - All integrated systems related to EVDO devices including the ones related to marketing and sales of devices. Reviewed stock allocation, stock count of devices and the voucher management.
• Business Intelligence Systems – Systems associated with management reporting
• Active Directory – Administrative Management and Practices, Boundaries, Domain Controllers
• Server Administration - Server management of IT systems

• Obtain feedback from customers about the quality of service being provided to them
• Worked on multiple sales projects while achieving monthly targets
• Close sales and obtain billing details

- Study OSI model, Switching and Routing Concepts, NGN Layers, IGE NGN and performed work on HCTE
- SDH, E1’s, Media configuration of Optical Fiber Systems and different major alarms at the NMS
