I have more than 15 year professional working experience in hospitality sector in different countries including Middle East, UK & Pakistan aswell. I have performed at Managerial level.
Major Responsibilities: -
Ø To manage all the operations of the Hotel & Restaurant as well
Ø To make budgets and to plan how to achieve the plans within the available resources.
Ø To conduct weekly meetings of all the department heads and then to present the report to the Chairman about weekly progress and activities.
Ø To market the property on social media and to advertise by using personal links in and outside Pakistan.
Ø To attend the conferences and to represent the company.
Ø To deal direectly with Corporate Clients/Organizations.
Ø To conduct the hiring & trainings of Staff in co-ordination with HR Department.
Ø To Review the Customer Reg. Card on daily basis and make a weekly analysis
Ø To liaise with Sales Team and local authorities as well.
Major Responsibilities: -
Ø To look after the whole resort (biggest resort in the valley) including 76 rooms hotel & 2 restaurants
Ø To train the team on front-house as well as back-house by having weekly meetings with all the departments.

Ø Vendors Management
Ø To take quick action on customer’s feedback/complaints
Ø To arrange Inductions/Trainings for Managers & New Staff
Ø Promoting the hotel using different marketing campaigns, social media tools and innovations.
Ø To make and manage the contracts/bookings with EXPEDIA & BOOKING.COM
Ø To check the competitors and then make the revenue/marketing policies accordingly
Ø To make the plans to achieve the targets (Marketing/Financial)
