Coordinate with NRSP Team: Maintain close coordination and collaboration with the NRSP team in Tando Muhammad Khan to ensure effective alignment and execution of project goals.

 Weekly Field Visits: Conduct weekly field visits to monitor project activities, assess progress, and gather firsthand information from program beneficiaries.

Random Village Visits: Regularly visit villages randomly in coordination with the Research Assistant. Collect updates from villagers regarding program implementation and CRP visits.

Survey Team Supervision: Monitor and supervise the activities of the survey team, ensuring efficient and accurate data collection. Provide guidance and support as needed.

CRP Monitoring: Monitor and verify that CRPs have visited the designated locations as per project plans. Ensure compliance with program standards and objectives.

Weekly Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Research Assistant to provide comprehensive weekly reports on field activities, highlighting key findings, challenges, and recommendations.

Helpline Data Management: Stay up-to-date with weekly data regarding Helpline calls received by NRSP from the guardians of the children. Ensure that relevant information is captured and utilized effectively.

Weekly Meetings:Attend weekly meetings on Zoom Organized By IDEAS for all stakeholders from Different Countries.

Pakistan Agriculture Development Project-PAD USDA Founded
The Community Organizer will coordinate project activities in respective communities, liaise with community-based groups, mobilize project participants and support the achievement of Project goals and objective.
Under the Supervision of Value Chain Specialist, Community Organizer will be responsible for providing support in implementing and reporting on project activities.
Organize and strengthen the Producer Groups into viable community-based organizations.
Identify and engage primary producers of Tomato & Chili, food processors, agro-dealers and other potential community members to participate in project activities.
Coordinate the identification of needs for capacity-building and the subsequent
conduct of trainings and related-capacity building activities for producer groups and other project partners.
Assist in the development, promotion and use of appropriate technologies related to agricultural productivity, marketing and food safety.
Constantly identify, build relationships and liaise with like-minded groups and/orentities particularly those whose ventures are aligned with the projectsobjectives i.e. value chains development of selected commodities.
Regularly gather information relevant to the project.

Flood Relief Emergency Assignment
To mobilize and gather community and introduce project activities.
To organize and give prior information of all activities at field level.
Undertake field visits to the target population for humanitarian assistance to flood affected area as per project criteria.
Identification flood affected beneficiaries as per project design for Ration Packed.
Ensure compliance and rules under the project agreement.
To maintain documentation/Files of Need Assessments,Distribution Lists,Attendances.
Prepare Daily and weekly reports as per the requirement of the project.
To ensure the organizations visibility.
Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/ Management.

PPM-TB Dots Project
Coordinate with District TB Coordinator, Regional Coordinator, District Lab Supervisor, Private Healthcare Facilities, Private Labs and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the TB-DOTS under PPM project.
Carry out district mapping exercise if required, in consultation with the district health department (Chief Executive Officer-Health (CEO-H)/District Health Officer (DHO)/ and District TB Coordinator (DTC) under guidance of the Regional Coordinator
Timely submission of monthly progress report, and quarterly TB Recording and reporting (R&R) tools, activity reports after endorsement from district health authorities
Timely submission of monthly work calendar; and ensure to follow the timelines
Meet the assigned targets of TB case registration and activities
Conduct regular visits of selected Hospitals, private healthcare providers, labs, large hospitals and partners for Sputum Transportation Intervention
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per the Guidelines
Timely supply of anti TB drugs, labs reagents to the private partners
To understand the crucial importance of 100 percent contact screening, and do contact screening of the bacteriologically positive cases; and put these contact persons on treatment for latent TB as per the Guidelines
Support hospital staff in maintaining TB R&R tools and anti-TB drug stock
Refer the rifampicin resistant TB cases to PMDT site and facilitate their registration at PMDT site
Implementation of the Active Case Finding (ACF) activities in the field in close coordination of district health authorities and with support of the Regional Coordinator.

ECHO-9 DRR Project
Manage and undertake social mobilization & DRR activities in the assigned area through awareness &strengthening of community institutions namely Community Organizations (Cos) Village Organizations VOs and Local Support Organizations (LSOs).
Working closely with the communities through the Cos, VOs and LSOs and facilitating community in capacitybuilding interventions related to disaster prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, and recovery.
Development/Strengthening of Village, UCs, and district Disaster Risk Reduction Plans.
Conducting session on Emergency Preparedness in Schools.
Preparedness of community institutions and Schools on Psychosocial First Aid.
Ensure the Plantation of agroforestry/fruit trees for resilience building. Developing the VO/LSOs linkages with other public and private sector organizations.
Coordinating and implementation of other regular as well as special programs and projects such as Infrastructure Projects Health Water Sanitation Education Housing Skill development etc in close coordination of VOs/ LSOs. Provide regular reports to the District office on the ongoing programs/ projects in accordance with given formats and time schedules.
Implementand engage community support with guidance from the seniors/supervisor.
Facilitation in the arrangement of capacity building and training of the COs/VOs and beneficiaries in implementation and optimal utilization of resources provided by the project.

Water & Sanitation,Qurbani and Emergency Response Projects
Establish coordination with communities, volunteers, partner organizations, Health departments & other relevant stakeholders.
Collect necessary baseline information about the target communities and areas.
Formation of Community Organizations as per criteria in the targeted communities.
Conduct & facilitate regular meetings with Community Organizations to address the issues pertaining to WASH facilities.
Facilitate and involve Community Organizations & other relevant stakeholders (especially Health Department) in raising awareness on promoting good hygiene practices in the targeted communities.
Coordinate with partner NGO/stakeholders for the identification, mobilization, and availability of community members for the approved/planned activities.
Mobilize the community members to highlight the problems, find possible solutions, and liaison with line departments.
Mobilize potential community leaders to advocate and promote the project objectives in their communities and ensure the active participation of community members.
Provide relevant information on project progress as required by the project manager.
Advocate encouraging the participation of local beneficiaries with strong emphasis on women, ethnic & disadvantaged groups, and minorities.
Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
Develop weekly work plans and report to the Project Manager daily.
Click pictures/videos of the project implementation process and develop the initial donor feedback reports.
Responsible for delivering the Hand & Hygiene sessions to the communities to raise the awareness on the importance of good hygiene.

Saaf Suthro Sindh Project(WASH)
To monitor the process of social mobilization and behavior change communication process, the use of BCC materials and the response from community and government.
Lead the facilitation of ignition and triggering process for Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) in targeted villages and schools.
Form a sanitation action group by drawing representatives from all the neighborhoods of the village and link them to work with village WASH committee.
Facilitate linking of communities to suppliers of latrine construction materials.
Develop tools and checklist for participatory monitoring success of implementation.
Identify gaps and facilitate with communities how to find solutions to address sanitation gaps through community action plans.
To ensure the impact of hygiene promotion activities, CLTS in changing community behavior
Inform any outbreaks diseases in order to conduct necessary actions for mitigation in coordination    with Health, WASH and other teams.
Support emergency preparedness and response activities as a focal point for the program. 
Ensure effective communication and networking developed and maintained through partnership and collaboration with members of the development community. 
Contribute to the development of training and orientation materials

Post Polio Campaign Monitoring (PCM) Project
Conduct refresher training for enumerators.
Assign field areas for data collection & locate clusters.
Logistic arrangements for field visits
Conduct morning meeting with team members & fill morning meeting checklist on ODK.
Team formation and assign codes to all enumerators
Regular field visits for quality checks identify weakness and address.
Report daily basis progress to Zonal Field Manager about Clusters.
After cluster completion Send reports to head office via email/WhatsApp and ODK.
Close coordination with Zonal Field Manager and facilitate to all External monitoring teams in field.
After Complete field collect devices, cards& forms etc from enumerators.
Attend closing day meeting at regional office and submit all documents,devices etc.

Post Polio Campaign Monitoring (PCM-Project)
Became fully familiar with the digital questionnaire.
Record the information of refusals on log sheet and submit to AFO.
Proper fill hard forms sheets/questionnaires, Proper coding on questionnaires, Properly review/fill checklist,Record reasoning of replaced villages and error must be avoided.
Report building in community and households and local norms to be followed,Be punctual in field.
Confidently should be maintain.
Ensure 15 forms to be filled daily and also uploaded on server.
Return devices and hard data at the last day of field to the AFO.
