I have 18 years education (MBA Fin 1.5) and after the completion of first semester, I start my career and I hired just for bookkeeping. But within one moth I start my basic working on ERP. And with the passage of time I improved myself and I learnt from everybody. Even for learning I worked extra till late night. And with the passage of time I got more responsibilities and within 1.5 years, my company promote me as accounts and tax executive. And now I am working like as a manager and I am controlling my all work and issues by my own self. And now I'm also contributing in managing of supply of general material on 30 branches. And I also worked on SOP's of admin department. By the blessings of God my whole management is satisfy by my improvements in a very short period of time. And still I want more opportunities to improve myself.
· Finalize the data of all packed, raw, packing material purchased.
· Prepare all data that required for sales tax return on monthly base.
· Decide the percentage of on book purchase and off book purchase.
· Make final details of all invoices of suppliers who provide invoices at the end of month. And follow them to provide those invoices.
· Keep follow-up to parties to upload our invoices at FBR portal.
· Download Annexure A from FBR portal and make reconciliation.
· Deduct Withholding tax from all vendors (General, Raw, Packing and Internet Service) at payment time.
· Prepare details for Withholding tax on weekly base. And make the final template and create challan on IRIS and deposit to bank and download CPR.
· Prepare all data that required for income tax return.
· Solve out all problems about taxation independently.
· Maintain the ledgers of vendors.
· Account Receivables & Payables.
· Bank reconciliation
· Reconciliation of all credit cards sale with the receiving amount in bank account.
· Reconciliation of food panda & cheeta sale.
· Maintain cashbook.
· Contribution in managing supply of general materials on 30 branches of Lahore.
· Any other task assigned by CFO.
· Posting all type of vouchers in ERP (BPV, BRV, JV, BPV, BRV)
· Posting all sale tax invoices (packed material & raw material)
· Posting of utility bills (Electricity, Sui gas, PTCL, Internet)
· Calculate all sales tax and income tax and advance tax which deducted on all purchase and on utility bills. And prepare excel sheets of all these calculations.
· Maintain all data of accounts department in hard form.
· Any other task assigned by Accounts & Taxation Manager
i start that one behined my university but after the completion of my degree i have to leave it bcz i have to go lhr for MBA.
