effect of waste water on spinach

the project is based on how waste water is effect the leafy vegetables specially on spinach. the reason behind this is my personal observations that was i saw spinach in market and it was very fresh and green in color and the width of leaves also high then i compared it with the spinach that had been grown at my farm area. The spinach in farm is not so much green in color and leaves are also very short or medium . When my internship is started at AGRICULTURE RESEARCH CENTER FAISALABAD, I requested to my supervisor to allow me to do work on spinach so that i could differentiate in both spinach's of market and into my own farm. After research i have to known that the spinach which is available at markets or shops is mostly grown in waste water , heavy metal content is highly present in that water so these metals accumulate into leaves n thats why spinach looks fresh which is available in markets as compared to the vegetables grown in fresh water at our farms, yards or fields.
