• Coordinate with national and international corporate valued customers and keep them informed with the latest updates through emails and calls.
• Troubleshooting of network issues regarding Link Down, Bandwidth Abnormality, Link Flapping, Slow Browsing and Service Degradation.
• Monitoring of Multi Router Traffic Graphed (MRTG) & NMS.
• Monitoring of DDOS Attacks of our valued corporate customers. • Troubleshooting of L-2 and L-3 issues.
• Troubleshooting of latency issues such as Route Optimization and Website Accessibility issues And Provide remote support to corporate clients such as ISPs and international ISPs.
HelpDesk Engineer (Level -2)
• To provide level-2 support using Huawei M2000 Network Monitoring system and resolve issues and problems with proper RCAs under the timelines of agreed SLA.
• To check network performance, Real time traffic monitoring and optical link health status using HUAWEI NMS.
• To check Ping and trace route to different servers and observed latencies on public and private IP pool.
• Update customers for the maintenance activity and Global service degradation issue.
Technical Support Engineer(Level-1)
• Diagnose and resolve technical, hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, CATV, and more.
• Check network performance, Real time traffic monitoring and optical link health status using HUAWEI NMS.
• Implementation of port forwarding. SMTP scenarios.
• Troubleshooting on L1 level different technical issue such as browsing, bandwidth and DMZ configurations on call
