Job Responsibilities.
Ensure effective OTP/SFP Program implementation in the target area.
• Plan and organize OTP/SFP at designated distribution sites in liaison with Coordinator.
• Work closely with OTP/SFP/BFC staffs to ensure all aspects of the programme are understood and agreed and appropriate referrals take place to and from the OTP/SFP.
• Prepare plan of action for effective OTP/SFP implementation in consultation with the coordinator.
• Supervise the activities of the OTP/SFP team (community Mobilizers, community nutrition workers & LHWs)
• Work closely with the teams to ensure all children are measured correctly in the community and at OTP/SFP sites.
• Ensure all criteria are respected and understood by the teams, including admission, discharge and transfer to and from the OTP/SFP and Stabilization Centre respectively.
• Ensure comprehensive health checks and treatment according to the protocols
• Review the forms completed by staff to ensure completion, accuracy and coherence
• Ensure adequate availability of all medical and food supplies and ensure stock is pre-positioned as planned by discussing with logistics
• Follow-up and provide feedback to the coordinator on the amount and quality of the treatment supplies if it does not comply with specified quality standards.
• Establish good relationship with the Taluka and UC authorities and community leaders
• Establish a network with the other actors in the working area (I/NGO)
• Establish a good understanding of the program within the community
• Establish link and meetings with the community leaders and different group existing in the working area.
• Ensure the follow up and default tracing mechanism is properly implemented by visiting and reconfirming the report submitted for default tracing.
• This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other related tasks as required and responsible for reporting and communication of progress and achievement of the specific assigned task, will play an active and responsible role in the interventions.

Job Responsibilities.
•Conduct health awareness sessions within catchment population area with support of influential persons and social workers.
•Conduct baseline surveys/assessments.
•Coordinate and mobilize communities on conducting focus group discussions in the target areas.
•Conduct research/assessment on health Hygiene Management.
•Conduct awareness sessions/walks in boys and girls’ schools/colleges/Maddarsas.
•Social Mobilizer will form a health management committee from the community for each BHU to take ownership and management at the local level for the facilities.
•Social Mobilizer will ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership.
•Develop strong relationships with the community and engage Diverse Organizations, Community Leaders, and residents of the intervention areas.
•Reporting the progress on a regular basis.
•To arrange Family Planning and Tb camps in catchment/targeted areas.
•Ensure close coordination with the technical team and provide support in the implementation of project activities.
Identification of FP clients with support of LHWs and other volunteer.

Key achievements: :
Serve as the Focal point person for all activities related to hygiene promotion/education in Sindh.
Liaise with the construction supervisor so as to ensure that sanitation facilities (latrine, bathing and located as per the needs of the target beneficiary.
Facilitate /organize Environmental health hygiene trainings for the hygiene promoters.
Conduct needs assessments, planning monitoring and evaluation of hygiene promotion/education program in the targeted areas.
Conduct targeted hygiene education/promotion session in the target beneficiary through use of different channels (campaign, focus group discussion, waiting area at health facilities, schools food/NFI hygiene kits distribution points etc) through hygiene promoters.
Ensure the proper use and management of public emergency latrines in IDPs and returnees.
Initiate procurements to ensure adequate supplies for hygiene promotion activities.
Liaise with relevant partner in identifying and developing, appropriate hygiene promotion messages.
Facilitate in the selection, designing, pre-testing developing, dissemination and evaluation of appropriate hygiene educational materials for effective hygiene promotion program in the target area.
Coordinate with other stakeholder on the ground for smooth, efficient and effective implementing of hygiene promotion.
