Warehouse Manager Job Duties

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements advising management on needed actions.

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system.

Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts inspecting equipment issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions.

Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.

Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Responsibilities

Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.

Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

Present purchase offers to sellers.

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.

Responsibility to Gain maximum targets of monthly and daily basis.
Supervise Sales and Stock Team.
Communication to internal and external customers.
Attending and assuring semiannual business continuity plan exercise.
Managing team as per Shift Roster.
Responsibility of Store Inventory as per standard.
Conduct meeting with sales staff for business Analysis.
Manage the regulatory branch operations to before customer footfall.
Review & update Departmental Operating Instruction with Merchandising.

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects maintaining relationships with clients.

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
