Manage HR related work time sheets, leave record, HR notifications etc at base level

• Budget preparation, estimations, proper utilization of allocated budget with the help of track sheets & graphs.
• Handling petty cash system, bank transactions and adopt tax policy on payments.
• Control operational cost as per allocated budgets and ensure proper utilization of budgets within the objectives.
• Making CNU reports, Financial Statements, track sheets of budgets.
• Can support in local procurement as per procurement policy.
• Event management skills can provide support in event / program arrangements.
• Ability to conduct staff orientation regarding staff rules and guidelines could maintain all type of staff records
• Lead security drills and brief others for effective use of essential security tools.
• Making contracts with quality vendors and ensure the policy practices and develop a good relation with them.
• Make Security plans and give updates, pick drop arrangements and supervise logistics
