• Run HR operation with full compliance to all appropriate policies & procedures and maintain records accordingly.
• Develop new & review existing Personnel rules and regulations with DMR / ISO Coordinator.
• Ensure timely recruitment of all Management and non-management Staff.
• Perform all key activities that include checking of daily emails & update applicants’ resumes; preparing Job
• Advertisement draft for Newspapers & internet classifieds as well; maintaining record of new and old staff;
• Conducting test & Interviews for new candidates; taking approval of selected candidates from the Management &
• Directors; preparing Monthly Medical test list based on medical information about existing and new candidates;
• Sending Employee personal file to HOD, QMR and Directors when annual salary increment is due; ensuring
• Compliance of training procedure and also conduct & participate in the training sessions, if required; updating all
• Update Employees information related to Advances, Leaves, and Loans in the database system.
• Reply any enquiry related to staff from Directors, Management and Head of Departments.
• Get inputs from all HODs for employee of the month award and prepare award certificates.
• Conduct Employee of the month Ceremony to encourage & motivate employees.
• Prepare monthly Payroll of all employees and send final payroll sheet to Finance for Salary disbursement.
• Issue employees Experience and Performance certificates after getting approval from concern authority.
• Prompt reply any enquiry from the staff regarding Medical test, Salary etc.
• Conduct counselling of those employees who have shown a decrease in performance.
• Reply to all complaints and suggestions given by employees and if needed sit together for better resolution.
• Develop quality objectives of HR function at the beginning of each year.
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees,
